* Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

* Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

* A return inquiry must be made and approved before sending your item back.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping

* Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

* We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as KADENE is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

* Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

* Please allow 4–7 business days for the refund to be issued to your original method of payment.
